Ingredients

1 ripe banana
2 tablespoons cocoa (30 mL)
1/4 cup rolled oats (50 g)
1 to 2 tablespoons almond butter (15 mL to 30ml)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (2.5 mL)
1 tablespoon maple syrup (15 mL)
1 1/3 cups unsweetened soy milk (310 mL)

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
