1 boiled sweet potato

1/4 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp all round spice mix

salt & pepper to taste

Bean mix:

1 onion

1/2 can tomatoes

1 can beans

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

salt & pepper to taste

Cheese Sauce:

1 cup boiled potatoes

1/2 cup boiled carrots

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup coconut milk

2 tbsp lemon

1 tbsp starch

1 tbsp onion powder

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

salt & pepper to taste

Assemble the wraps & put some quinoa/rice or whatever you like in there as well.

Serve & enjoy.
