To a mixer add:

1 cup soy milk

1/2 cup coconut oil (warmed up)

1 tbsp vanilla sugar

3/4 dates (de-seeded ofc)

BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH – Then add:

1 cup of flour

1 cup of cocoa powder

1 pinch salt

1 pinch baking powder

175C / 330F for 15-16 minutes

Glaze – Add to a mixer,

1/4 cup peanut butter

1/4 cup syrup

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp oil

….Blend

Take the brownie out of the oven & glaze it up.

Cut into nice pieces & serve.
