1 onion

3 crushed cloves of garlics

1 small diced sweet potato

Then add:

1,5 cup of water

1 cube of veg stock

& simmer for 10-12 minutes until tender

Then add:

1 can of black beans

1 can of tomatoes

1 tbsp cumin

1 tbsp coriander

1/2 tbsp chili

1/2 tbsp origano

1 tbsp syrup (to balance out the tomato)

Salt & pepper to taste 

Simmer & reduce

Serve with rice, quinoa or anything you love.
