Bell Pepper Spread:

2 roasted bell pepper (Roasted for 25 minutes at 200C/400F

1 handful basil

1 garlic

2 tbsb lemon

Salt & pepper to taste

Blend until smooth.

Mushroom spread:

2 cups soaked over night sunflower seeds

250g of roasted mushroom (25-30 minutes at 200C/400F)

1 garlic

1 tbsp all round mix

1 tbsp lemon

Salt & pepper to taste

Blend until smooth.
